Locations

Production locations (or just locations) determine where orders are routed — for example to the kitchen, bar, or serving station. This way, a sausage order goes to the grill and a beer order goes to the bar. Combined with printers and displays, locations keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

You can reach this section via Locations in the sidebar. Locations also relate to the active event.

How locations work with printers and displays

Each location can be linked to a printer (for kitchen or service receipts) and/or a display. When an order arrives at the till, items are automatically routed to the responsible location and printed or displayed there.

Sensible structure

Map your real serving stations as locations. A clear separation between food and drinks output noticeably speeds up operations.
