Discount Vouchers

Discount vouchers are discounts or perks that till staff can select during checkout — for example a volunteer discount or a free-drink voucher. You configure the available vouchers centrally so they are consistently available at all tills.

Create a discount voucher​

  1. Click Create discount voucher.
  2. Enter a name and discount value for the voucher.
  3. Save the voucher — it will then be available for selection at the till.

Redeeming at the till​

When completing an order, till staff select the appropriate discount voucher. The discount is applied to the order and will appear later in the Reports.

Typical use cases

Discount vouchers are ideal for volunteer perks, sponsor vouchers, or special promotions during an event.
